This year our M&A team was not bored at all. Among other successfully completed transactions this year we can include the acquisition of Crede Experto Praha spol. s r.o., a company providing IT solutions in the field of banking and information systems. And it's definitely not the last transaction this year!
As part of providing legal support to ARBES Technologies, a.s., a supplier of unique information systems for banking, leasing and the capital market, whose services are used by leading banking and financial institutions not only in the Czech Republic, we provided legal advice on the acquisition of a company developing software solutions.
